    Default Most dog-friendly airline???

What is anyone's experience with flying a dog internationally? Very good friends of ours will be flying their dog from Madrid to LA next month, and usually fly British Airlines. Is this a good, dog-friendly airline? Is there a better one?

I cant comment on Brit Air but it seems when I read these threads Delta is normally on the list as being OK.
Cant comment on whether they fly from Madrid to SC or not
