    I was all for her going to jail, thinking it was just what she needed to wake up to reality.

    But Fox New Channel's Greta Van Sustern was sitting two feet behind Paris in the courtroom and she reported the girl cleary needs medical help. She is as white as a ghost, unable to stop crying, and can't stop shaking. Reports from inside the jail said she cannot eat.

    I have changed my mind. I don't think she needs to go to the main jail. I think she needs to go to a psychiatric hospital.

    The desired result would be the same -- a new reality.

    fair is fair...if everyone with a rash or who was feeling a little scared got to do home detention there wouldn't be anyone in the jails...
