How many Calif. FT'ers are entering JH this Fall

With the possibility of AB 1634 passing which requires the spay/neuter of any dog that does not have a title by the age three, who is going to enter HT's this fall to get this title before the bill goes into effect at the first of the year. The easiest, cheapest route is JH. (Glenda, you do not count because you already have HT titles on your non FT titled dogs.).

We hope we can be successful with our dogs in passing over the course of a couple of weekends. How are we able to use the leash at JH??
