Lord Byron wrote that for Boatswain, but it certainly applies to Jake. To think that he was abandoned as pup with a broken leg & went on to do such amazing things. It proves how forgiving these dogs are and how big their hearts are.

Wish I could find his owner's e-mail adress to drop a line of condolence, I'm sure Ms. Foote has a huge empty spot in her heart right now!! Utah Task Force 1 does not have a website that I could find.

Don't care what anyone says about the venues and whose is the greatest.
The real deal is how increadibly smart the breed is, what they can learn, how easily they forgive, and how much they want to please.
