I've been watching this and am surprised nobody's bid. Right now $195 includes shipping. Nice collar and good price, at least from the looks of it. The description is funny:

I bought this off ebay about 6 months ago to get my dog through a trials competition and never had a problem with it.

But thought it would be a good buy for someone looking for a nice quality collar at a nice price...
