OVER-RATED - PERIOD - YEAR IN YEAR OUT( AT LEAST THE 20 YEARS).
(Exception was Ohio State - a few years back- and that is about it).

It is now time for a full College playoff after champions of each Division win their National Championship, we can have the Super National Champion which will be played tournament style between NCAA Div 1, 1-AA, 2, 3, NAIA Div. 1 & 2, and Juco champions with the Juco team getting a bye in the first round. This will take 3 weeks to playoff, and will add millions to the college football proceeds after the bowls games. THe final game could be played the Saturday before the Super Bowl.
The Officials will need to be a mixture of each division.
The top JUCO team may be more competitive than most will think because they will be loaded with tallent that couldn't qualify for Division 1.
They should also outlaw pre-season rankings.
