Default Swim-By,Day late and a dollar short ??

I recently posted a question on cold water which leads to the following question.I only got a few days into the swim by and called it quits as the water temp.was around 63 degrees and I didn't feel adding collar pressure to the cold water was going to be good for my boy's water attitude.Being from Manitoba,Canada and the fact that it is blowing snow today,it will be about 7months till we are back in the water. Can we go back to the swim by?We will be doing wagon wheel lining and blind drills through the winter, weather permitting.

    Appreciate your input.Bryan.

63 degree water is not to cold, unless your training flatcoats or goldens. Sounds perfect to me.
