Default Am I late to the Party?

So be it! Just got home after a great fall season of ringneck hunting with family and friends. Probably gonna be a Sodak record setter for pheasant numbers AND harvest numbers. Can't think of a year that was any better.

Soooo, I salute you 2007...broken leg and all, and look forward to and even better year in 2008. After all, when you reach geezerhood, you don't have time to view anything with pessimism.

All the best to the RTF Family. May you "live long and prosper."

PS......in the words of another esteemed wordsmith:

"Finish each day [and each year] and be done with it.
You have done what you could.
Some blunders and absurdities no doubt crept in; forget them as soon as you can.
Tomorrow is a new day; begin it well and serenely and with too high a spirit to be encumbered with your old nonsense."

Fashionably late, but always roundly welcome, Bill! Happy New Year!
