RTF Glitch - Is This Happening To Anybody Else??

This started last night and is continuing this morning for me. I click on a thread and read it, and it still shows the thread as unread when I go back to the forum.

Not a big deal but not how it is suppose to work!

I'm still having problems going to a thread, have it display, then the display jumps to the end. Then I have to scroll back to the top to begin reading.

If you're using the back button instead of a new load (such as from the link at the bottom of the page), it likely is using the cached copy where it was un-read.

No problem this morning. But last night I couldn't see my chat room stories as I was typing them for awhile and....

Nope, I am using the RTF - Retriever Training Forum link on the bottom of the page. Every thread I read still shows up bold as if unread. Like I said, it's no real big deal, just hope it is not the beginning of more serious problems.

Just click Refresh. That takes care of all that you have read.

Nope, refreshing doesn't show what's been read either. I just have to concentrate as to who was the last person who posts on a thread I've read.

It's tough getting old - or so they tell me!!

Do you have "cookies" disabled in your browser preferences?

I don't know - I am pretty illiterate when it comes to computers. All I know is that I have not changed anything regarding any settings on my computer.

In the big picture of things, this is really not a huge deal - just don't know why all of a sudden it started happening.

I'll try rebooting my computer and see if that makes a difference.
