I would say contact AKC. The dog may also be listed on gooddoginfo.com.
If you PM me the AKC number I could look for you.
You can get ahold of AKC and ask them to forward a letter. We found that AKC does help in that way.
Cant complain......Wouldnt do me any good to complain anyways
