Just wondering if you had a couple 14 teen yr old boys that wanted to throw for ya. how much do you usually pay them. I'm talkin about the pros or people with a lot of dogs to run they'll be there everyday and both have great arms and very reliable.

I only get my 2 birdboys/girls on the weekends and I pay them minimum wage, which isn't much but all I can afford at this time. I also bring snacks along for the day as well. I've thought about asking my 'day trainers' to kick in some 'tip' money for the boys and think I'll start doing that on occasion.

PAY MY 15 YEAROLD NEIGHBOR $4.00 PER HOUR, unless he want to shovel for a dairy farmer there are not a lot of oppurtunities around here.

Our bird boys are at 7 and 8 and hour but they are full time.. They have brought friends out who we just gave them 40 bucks a day..
$6 an hour cash (shhhh) for kids that come out occasionally. If they are regular and really great, I'll pay more as we go along. Will also buy/bring snacks and drinks. My kennel help/bird girls make $8-$10 an hour.
