    Default Hinged dog doors

Looking to pick up several metal hinged dog doors (the type that the dog can nose open). Found them in a dog supply magazine but have since tossed it out. Any help on where I can locate would be very much appreciated.

    Thanks everyone.

Not sure what brand you were looking for, but check out the GUN DOG DOOR. Just google it. It is a great door! A little pricey, but well worth the money. It has a thick plexi glass outer door that lets in much needed light. It has an aluminum frame and a strong hinge on top.

Is your heart set on a metal one? Is it for a dog house or for your own house?

If you want to know which one is good for the house to go indoors/outdoors, I have one that is made by Security Boss and it's the Max Seal Dog Door.
    It is GREAT!!
It has a double flap system, magnetized so there's protection from wind/cold/heat outside. The dogs picked it up very quickly and it's pretty transparent so they can see one another coming and going. Only the first day did two of 'em knock heads, haha

But like I said, that's if you (or anyone else) are interested in one for the house, that is the one I'd recommend.

    Metal ones...I got nuthin'

I've got the Gun Dog door at my house and the Max Seal sounds like a great option but looking to replace about a dozen of the metal hinged doors at a friends kennel. Heated run inside so we are ok looking for the original doors. The ones in question have a vertical piano hinge and the metal is bent on the opposite side to allow the dog to nose open the door.

I think I know the kind of door you are looking for. We had some but have since replaced all of those doors from K-9 Kondo-six years ago. I believe the door you are looking for was made by Scott Dog Supply.

I found this link which may be helpful to you.

If this is the door you are looking for.

I have a door called Pic Wick door. Alu. frame with a thick plexiglass door. Allow dogs too see out and allows for light to come in. Great doors. I bought mine used from a friend. New I believe they run 100.00 ea. Just google the name. If you have trouble PM me and I will see if I can help. They really are good doors. The only down fall is they are noisey when the slam closed.
