A couple weeks ago, I posted on the Lab puppy classifieds, and perhaps one or two other places, a way to edit the subject line of your ad.
This is a huge benefit to advertisers as it allows you to flag your ad, showing that you've edited something since it first went up.
You can show if you have someone back out, if you change pricing, or whatever....you can put in the date of your edit, etc.
I've gotten feedback from only one person and that was someone who was unable to get the subject line edit to work.
Here's a link to the edit instructions if you don't know what I'm writing about: http://www.retrievertraining.net/for...ad.php?t=27048
Please reply back and let me know. Is it working for you? Is it a help?
(I know that sortable is the way to go on classifieds and we've just not gotten there yet. Before we made classifieds non-repliable/non-bumpable, we had a bit of gameplaying that folks would do to get theirs or their buddies' ads to the top of the list.)
