You got that right! If a semi-auto is "superior" to a revolver, does that mean that DC residents can only own an "inferior" handgun with which to protect themselves?

DC is trying to make this fail! The cops learned a long time ago that they had better have a "superior" weapon in which to defend themselves because the criminals had them already!

They just had their hand smacked by the Supreme Court. They didn't have their teeth kicked in by this ruling like they should have, but they definitely got smacked down a little. So it is no suprise that they are trying to "comply" in the least compliant manner possible. It is irritating, but not suprising that they are going to "comply" in the barest, skimpiest meaning of the word. Personally, I can't wait to read the first "armed citizen" reports of newly legal gun owners in DC shooting (fatally I hope) armed intruders. Piss on the DC politicians.
