How long do I need to cut tubing? I have a zinger winger II. I also have a regular gunners up. How long do they need to be?
I cannot get the zinger winger phone to answer.

If someone dosen't post the answer soon I will measure and let you know. I have some pre cut in the truck, but the wife has it this afternoon.

Cut them just long enough so that when the winger is folded up in the storage position all the rings stay on the bottom hooks with a little bit of tension (just enough so they don't fall off).
Try and pre-stretch the tubing before you install it, otherwise you will find that after you use them a couple of times they will be falling off the hooks as they have stretched. If they have stretched, just clip the ties and pull them up a bit tighter and trim the ends off.

There are 4 tubings refered to as heavy in your link. Heavy, extra-heavy, special heavy, and super heavy. Their prices do seem to be very good. I'm guessing that the special-heavy, just based on color (black) , would be the appropriate strength for a winger, is this correct?

I've got the Silver - Super Heavy stuff.

Haven't used it on the winger yet but I probably will this week. In the hand it's exactly the same as what's on the winger except maybe it's a touch stronger. I also like that the grey color will probably do better with the sun and not deteriorate as fast as the factory black stuff.
