almost is still scary!

Got a phone call today that my dog was hit by a car. I leave every monday night for work and drop the dogs off at my moms. My boy had ran around front and a truck hit him. I guess he's still up and walking but is growling at my mom when she touches him in certain spots. He's on his way to the vet as we speak for a look.

Leddyman, I felt your pain for a few seconds there when all she said was "your dog was hit by a car."

Talk about almost crashing on I 90!!! Hopefully the little man is alright and back to his self before long.

Wow, I hate when that happens. Hope all ends well. I have a little bitch that loves to jump the fence and get right n the middle of the road. More than once I have discovered this by hearing brakes. Had to move a bunch of stuff to keep her from going over the fence. Just like her momma........ The only two dogs I have ever had that were roamers

Had one of my dogs hit a couple of years ago...a real kick in the gut....I hope yours makes a full recovery.

So other than a few scrapes and some bruising on his chest, x-rays looked good!!! He's wagging his tail and acting like a dog. Probably a bit sore but that's about it.

Looks like he got lucky this time. Thanks for the kind words all.
