    Default EIC Results on OFA ?

    I am trying to post EIC results on OFA, but I cant find where to enter the information. HELP PLEASE!

    Missy,

    You have to print a DNA test submission form, and send it, a copy of the test results and $15 in to OFA, and they will post it for you.

    Included in the paperwork Fax'd from the lab is a form (including results) to sign and send to OFA. Whoever got the results fax'd to them should have that form. HPW
