This buy out is a big deal in St. Louis and would be the same as Kia buying Ford if you lived in Detroit. The sale of America should be bigger news.

It is hard to have sympathy for a company who was responsible for running numerous regional breweries out of business.
The idea that this creates a monopoly is a joke. Thanks to the surge of the microbreweries there are now plenty of choices in the market.
