I still believe that the articles by Lardy have helped me more than anything. I bought Vol 1, 2, and 3. If I ever get stuck or have a question most of the time it has been covered by him. Retriever Online is a VERY valuable resourse as well.
In fact, I think I'm going to start going through them now.
