HRC Fall Grand day 1

Congratulations to Paul Kartes and "Neka" UH HRCH Gamekeepers Blindsided MH WCX Can WC for completing day 1 of the fall Grand. Paul and Neka are the only Flatcoated Retriever entered in the event.

Paul also competed with "Euri", Can CH HRCH Vermilion's Eureka Crossroads SH WCX CGC the first ever Nova Scotia Duck Toller to ever compete in the Grand but wasn't as fortunate to make it to day 2.

Where is the fall grand and is there some place to get a list of the dogs running??

My Ace (Avatar) made it through clean on day 1. He is dog 312, running in group D.

There seems to be some numbers missing, none of the boys from New England are listed. The call back list jumps from 217 or something like that right over to like 270 or some such number. Not sure if there are dogs that needed to complete day one before the call backs are posted? I even think there are few of guys from Region 1 that are missed?

It appears that Flight A ran all the dogs on their first series.

Flight B appears to have 147 - 164 to complete today on the first series

Flight C appears to have 221-246 left to run their first series and

Flight D had 320 - 326 left to run their first series. I do know that D flight ran a water test under Tracy Stubbs and Chris Darby.

I believe there were 26 scratches. 9 of them directly related to Hurricane Ike so D flight is really light with at least 10 of those 26 coming from that flight.

I thing the Oakridge truck and one other are the only ones there Margo. I saw a hand full of names from NE on the call back list lasy night.
