Thumbs up Good things happen to good people

I would like to congratulate Clark Kennington and his dog Max for his first Grand pass. The reason that I titled this thread like I did is this. I have been in bad health for several years now and I found out I had to have surgery for an anuyrsm and had entered my Maxx in Music City HRC HT and AGAINST my doctor's orders I went anyway. I was bound and determined to get Maxx's HRCH in case something bad happened to me. Clark and his friend James, both nice young men, who I had NEVER met before were so helpful to me all weekend. They helped me air dogs, and load stuff and just talked with an old man they had never met. This was May 2007 and Clark was running Sesoned with Max. Now 17 months later a GRAND pass. Just goes to show hard work pays off. Like I have told them to their face " Tell your parents they did a good job raising you." MY HAT'S OFF TO YOU YOUNG MAN. and again Thanks. Otey
My Dad said to me ."Son, a man just needs three things to be happy....A good dog, a good gun and a good wife.....Thank God I have all three

GREAT post Otey! There are a lot of really good "dog people" out there. I found out the hard way too, but when you need them-they're there.

    Congratulations Clark & Max!
