So, when does the wealth of Bill Gates, Warren Buffet, and Obama get shared with the masses?

Engineers believe that if it isn't broken, it doesn't have enough features yet.
When they die. However, Gates is clearly trying to share his now as does Buffet. I don't think Obama has much to share.
