Looks like the Bush administration decided to cut and run instead of "stay the course" or McCain's "we will be there 100 years" course of action. Yesterday, the Bush administration agreed to a pull out of American troops by 2011. I assume cut and run is the approiate term to use as it was used in the past when another party (other than the Republican party) suggested a pull out of the troops, that is unless we finally won the war yesterday.
