Default National Open Winner Interviews on Blog

Just FYI that interviews on winning owner and winning handler as well as a story about Willie himself are all on the National Open Blog.

    Hope you enjoy them.

Awesome stories Vickie. I wished they started interviewing winners for all the past Nationals. I hope this will turn out to be a tradition from now on.

http://www.08nrc.blogspot.com/ .Tried to post the address . It is on the Working Retriever Central website.

Vickie did a great job with the web-log (BLOG) Early in the trial there were lots of human interest type posts. As the field narrowed, she went to a play by play approach. Photos and videos complimented the work . The News has videos from the other 14 finalists. We plan upload those as well ( our fancy tool disappeared with a contestant just after the event).

It looks like the Blog, videos , plenty of photos were a winning combination. We sure could use a few volunteers for the National Amateur in June.

Howdy...As for a tradition I suppose that depends on level of interest...

And, thanks Angelo, Mark and Bryan Glad you have enjoyed the stories.

Like to thank you also, Vickie. It really adds an extra dimension for those of who aren't in this league. You know there's a story behind every dog and handler, so thanks for taking the time to share it!

Vickie, Enjoyed reading your blog. My word...........Willie due to a shoulder injury, was not trained during August, Sept and early October. Obviously during rehab fitness was maintained. Willie won regardless - WOW.....and interesting.
