Texas Panhandle Hunting Pics

Posted some pics the other day from Southern Oklahoma and thought I would continue the holiday picture thread. Made a swing out to West Texas for some playa lake hunting the last couple of days. Hunting was nothing to write home about to be honest, but it's always fun to get out there. Took the girlfriend and it was her first waterfowl experience of any kind. She had alot of fun, though she was a bit startled when we opened up with the 3 1/2" rounds

Haha....she opted for the knit stocking cap with fleece face mask.

I lived in Pampa and worked in Borger for a year....don't remember any places like that...mostly scrub brush and rattle snakes.

Where did you hunt out West? We just got back from Lubbock a couple of weeks ago and did well with the ducks but the geese were really slow!
