I think he actually got fired for refusing to apologize to the other team for running up the score 100- 0....the game was 58-0 at half time and he kept the starters in and they kept launching threes

The game was one of the worst displays of sportmanship I have ever heard about...I would have fired his ass on the spot.

I have to agree with Patrick. I hope the jerk has a hard time finding another coaching job and if he does he must remember what goes around comes around.

Not true.. he was up 25-0 in the first 3 minutes..he didnt play starters or run full court press after that. The losing team should be ashamed for allowing their team to take the field unprepared for competition. They havent won a game or been competitive for 4 years..

AAAHHH arent you suposed to fire the coach of the loosing team

When your competing against another isn't the goal; annialation of your apponant.

while it does appear to be arrogant on the surface,, maby the guy is just a competitive guy and thats what he is getting payed to do.

He might make a great general.

The losing school is a very small school for kids with learning disabilities. Just 8 girls on the whole team. They were running the press almost until the end. I understand getting caught up in the moment and trying to lay a hundo, but it certainly isn't something to be proud of.

I am reminded of the Clint Eastwood movie “Unforgiven”. When some townsperson exclaimed, “You just killed an unarmed man!” referring to the bartender who had Eastwood’s friends body displayed out front. Eastwood gave him that glair, and mater of factly stated, “Well he should have armed himself”
