Dead or alive, the man held radical anti hunting beliefs. I am sorry for his family that he is gone but I don't think it is fair for him to be eulogized without telling "The rest of the story."

I just wanted to know if the malcontent over the Michigan dove season was warranted. Seems to.me that if they do, his effort failed. Fair enough?

He was an American institution who I believe did FAR more good for America than bad...now THAT is the REST of the story....

He will be missed, as I have the past year, when he was being substituted by that phoney, unctious Chapman dude. Let's hope he isn't ABC's final candidate.

That's as bad as when the NRA tried to replace Jack Douglas...ie The Last Page with that tree-hugger Joel Vance. Didn't take much of a write-in campaign to stop that from continuing.
