    Yet he already know that the company was legally bound to pay the money. Exactly what is he going to do about it? For those of you who cannot figure it out.....he is going to do nothing about, he can't but now all the kool aide drinkers think he is going to do something..good Lord what a stupid nation we have become

    I am sure that is part of it also. Ultimately, less solid waste is a good thing. Hopefully, it is more a result of smarter manufacturing and more recycling rather than the dent in the economy.
