    Default Stumbling, bumbling

Gerald Ford was considered pretty clumsy. Obama, as it appears right now is far more bumbling than Gerald Ford ever was.

In 20 some odd days he has walked into a window and banged his head in Marine One.

    It can only get better.

The foreign press is already dubbing his bumbling as Obamaisms.

Just what the country needs in such serious times a bumbling president.

I particularly liked the handshake he wanted to give the Marine who saluted him at the foot of the steps to Marine One....rather than simply returning the salute..........he DOES know he's the Commander In Chief, right??

    Protocol gaffe regards,

No, I am not sure he does. He may just not care for military protocols; he may actually believe he is above it all.

Speaking of gaffes here is one of the first of many by Biden (I am sure we will see many more) and Obama trying to explain it away is pretty rich.

So now Obama is being caricatured as Gerald Ford and Biden as Dan Quayle. I happen to think Ford and Quayle were tarnished unfairly, but the fact remains they were tarnished. If, after two weeks, these two are already getting such reputations, although Biden pretty much spent a lifetime developing his, every little thing will get scrutinized at the national level and the appearance worldwide will be we are lead by a couple bumblers. I expect the world won't cede much leadership to a couple with such a reputation.
