    Default What Kind of Shape???

What kind of shape would our country be in if our large corporations and policies of this country were ran by the people and hard working honost ethics by people in small towns or in RTF?

I would bet we wouldn't have had the wild greedy runs, but we also wouldn't be in the doghouse now.

People are people. I've lived all over, there are great ones and dirt bags in every stop. Just look up registered sex offenders in a town.

For example, I am looking at two jobs. One in Rhinelander, WI (8000+/-) and Denver (2.5 million in the metro area)

Rhinelander has one sex offender for about every 110 people. Denver has one for every 700.

Ethics are who you are not where you are.

And as far as hard working people of RTF, how many are posting here on company time?

    Just a thought.

And the U.S. might not be the only country this would help.

I have a client who was born & raised in mainland China & came here for graduate study many years ago, and stayed. He said that the Chinese people really like and admire the U.S. He mentioned having lunch with an Iranian, and the Iranian said much the same about his own people. He added that the countries whose leaders rant and rave most about the U.S. are the countries whose population admire the U.S. most.

While we have concern that we are becoming too socialistic, the Chinese leaders fear that the Chinese people like capitalism too much I imagine that the Mullahs in Muslim countries also fear the results if Muslim women should ever break free of their burkas.

We came to the conclusion that it is the politicians who cannot get along and have messed things up.

Ah, but think of the lovely training grounds that the earmarks could buy.

They already do. You just need to know your city engineer, or your area USDA and/or Army Corp engineer. You would be suprised the stuff that can get built or influenced during a round of golf on those earmarks or subdivision projects.

That is actually the type of thinking that has gotten us where we are today….in the private sector that is call misappropriation of funds or embezzlement.
