What are some of the best places out there that explain EIC thoroughly and it's affects. Any good websites i googled it and found some but instead of trying to go thru all of them figured i'd see what ones most of you found helpfull. Sorry i no this had been talked about alot but just got the bad news so give me a little slack thanks.
