Dear Leader would simply meet with the commander of the Taliban and bow to him while apologizing for America's past, present and future transgressions against the peace loving Taliban.
He will "express hope" that only "moderate" elements of the Taliban get a hold of the nukes and that "they will exercise restraint with the new responsibilities that nuclear weapons entails".
He will then again call for the US to unilaterally disarm and for the world community to join us.
