Except that what's not reported in that story is the French turned them all loose....because they didn't actually 'fire' on the French ship.

So they could play the race card and claim dey wuz just poor fishermen trying to make a living.Only one pirate was left on board the mother ship which had nothing on board except fuel and potates, according to Lt. The Navy should have a Sniper Badge for their uniform for confirmed SEAL sniper kills. Maybe in the shape of a skull with a hole through it. Also allow a requalification bar for 2nd Award, 3rd Award, 4th Award, etc.
