Guess what showed up today?
The collar transmitter that has been MIA for 5 days. After probably 8-10 hours of searching, we had officially given up. Today Brad took the dogs out to run since we have 4-H tonight and Gunner MUST be worn out. He was just standing there in the middle of the field and he looked down. He said if it were a snake, it would have bitten him.
Maybe this is a sign that things are looking up. There was no tragic news today at work either, so we're off to a good start this week.

We have to figure something out. We have a nice leather cover for the other transmitter, with a holster, so at the very least we have to get a holster/cover that will hook to the pocket. Funny, the battery was still charged and everything. We do have blue tape on the antenna, but we'll figure something out to make this not happen again.Originally Posted by Ken Bora

Right now, we're hoping Brad gets a call for work tomorrow. That would be icing on the cake.

Forget the blue tape .... go for BLAZE orange flagging tape!!!! As Ken mentioned and I can concur ... been there done that!!
