One of the dogs entered comes down with parvo.

Is the owner obligated to report it?

Is a media type there obligated to report it?

One dog in a hundred entered isn't significant. BUT WOULDN'T YOU WANT TO KNOW?

just like in politics and publicity the cover up is always worse than the lie/fault/indescretion.

ethically the owner should report it so the source of the parvo can be found and eliminated.if it was you and you covered it up but were later exposed as the source your credibility would be compromised and more than likely your welcome would be gone
