both can run the whole season as they have Nov and Dec birthdates
Ran one on Friday at WAFTC - two big hunts in the first two series and not called back for third series
now that could be another debate - third series started at 10:30 with 14 dogs - 38 point dog did not get single flier in first series
youngest dog in trial and was proud of his - line manners - picking out guns - steadiness - style - etc - but two big hunts - no complaints
Both running at MRC this weekend - goal to make it to the water - tough to compete against Jim VanEgen and his crew plus Waynes 38 point dog
but you know what I will have fun

11 mos. repeat breeding of my 1st derby dog who had points and aged out first of this year.
I like this birthdate for the South-May 25 DOB...I will attempt to run "Toot" in the coming fall and spring! She looks good now but lacks the maturity at 1 yr old to be run early. We've got a couple of hot weather months to attempt to train.

I've got a pup that's almost 11 mo old out of FC Butch's Dream Code of TCR x ***Boss bitch that hopefully should be hitting the upper midwest circuit late summer.
Get to pick him up from the trainer this weekend after spending the winter in TX. Really looking forward to getting into the FT games.
