    Default Up all night

Penny woke us up at 0230 this morning to have her first puppy. Five so far. Don't know why they have to have them in the middle of he night. Just got the time to get the laptop into the whelping room.

let me know how it goes. Me and my wife were talking last night about how nice she was to have around the house. I think she took over Drakes spot sitting next to Marie.

They have pups at that hour in revenge for being put through pregnancy and childbirth!!! =)

    Just ask your wife.
Train the dog, the ribbons will take care of themselves.

I consider us lucky that our gal decided to start at 11am and was done at about 8pm when she whelped on 5/1....no sleep missed for us

You were lucky Mike. I was up all night and then the next day was at the vets for a c-section. 40 hours is a hard days night.

Hope all goes much better for Penny. She likes to whelp at night, that's for sure!

John was right on with our count. 6 pups exactly. Mom & pups doing well.
Where am I going and why am I in this handbasket?
