This question is for those who think this is either okay or a good thing. Where in The Constitution does it give the Govt. the power to do this crap? Wait, I forgot, The Constitution is a "Living Document" and doesn't mean anything, right?

It kind of amazes me that large shareholders in poor-performing corporations don't organize some kind of shareholder revolt to accomplish exactly this kind of thing ... they have the opportunity to do so through their votes for the board of directors.Rep. Brad Sherman, a Democrat, said that instead of giving shareholders a nonbinding voice on pay, their votes should be binding on boards of directors.

You're exactly right. They do not need to have the Govt. impose that on them. The Govt. doesn't have the power to do so, nor should it.
