Default Fatal crash blamed on DOG!

Most of us don't need a reason to crate our dogs in the car, but here's just another reason why it's a good idea.

Wis. fatal crash blamed on dog jumping into lap
VERONA, Wis. (AP) -- Officials say a head-on crash in Wisconsin that
    killed
two Iowans apparently was caused when one driver was distracted by a dog
    jumping into his lap.

The Saturday crash of a motor home and sport utility vehicle near Verona
killed 55-year-old John Seier of Dubuque and 13-year-old Travis Brune of
    LaMotte.

Dane County sheriff's office spokeswoman Elise Schaffer says the dog
    jumped
into the lap of 62-year-old motor home driver Gary Boldt of Pewaukee,
    Wis.,
causing him to cross the median of U.S. Highway 151 and collide with the
    SUV.

Thanks. I completely agree. Just because they are "Man's best friend" doesn't mean they should be riding shotgun.
