Jerry, it was our pleasure to have you and Jimmy over for the holiday.
Hopefully the jalapeno's didn't tear ya up to bad on Sunday....
Cookin' the brisket Jerry's style was great to learn........and I'll keep it more moist the next time.......................and I'm almost out of that BBQ sauce........so get a cookin........
Our next challenge will be gettin' Wendy to do the Crawfish......

It's somewhat difficult to make the BBQ Sauce because my Brother's recipe makes four gallons.
I don't have a Sam's card to buy the ingredients in the proper sizes. I doubt if I have the mental ability now to do the conversions. If I can't do it right, I don't want to do it. He would hurt me if I did .

Helpful hint...BBQ sauce made in quantity can be frozen is smaller servings and used later...Just put them into Ziplock freezer bags. To thaw either put in warm water to start the process and then heat in a pot on the stove or put the bag in the fridge for a couple of days.
