    Default Ear Care

What does everyone do to care for their dogs ears....if anything. We have been doing a lot of swimming lately and I noticed that my dog has been shaking her head more and scratching at her ears. I bought some ear cleaner with alcohol in it and it seems to be better. Is this something that should be use every time after water work? They always look clean and do not smell.

Bullet, do a search for ear care and you will learn loads.. this is a frequently covered topic.

I use a homemade remedy called purple ear solution and have not had any ear problems. See this thread for more info: http://retrievertraining.net/forums/showthread.php?t=34883
