I was wondering the same thing I am just home from work and wanted to find out about Jerry and we got nothing!!! Who has phone numbers? All I have is a mailing address. Who Knows what?

Vicky, the best I can offer at this point is Unca Jerry is presently sleeping in his room in the IC Surgical Unit.......
I've been trying to reach Jimmy for some time now with no success......
Wendy and I will probably be at the hospital tomorrow.......give ya'll an update soon as I know..........but we still need the prayers.......as Jerry biggest fear was the possiblity of being blind in one eye after the operation........let's all pray for the best............

Well folks here's the latest and greatest................The UIM is doing well....
He was scheduled for an 930AM operation but didn't get in until 11AM because of a emergency appendectomy. Anyways the surgery takes four hours and recovery of one hour. Jerry came through well, with no loss of eye sight. He is sleeping as I post this.
And I can assure you he is the same old Unca Jerry............just by these comments that were relayed to me.........
Nurse asks: On a scale of 1-10 how is the pain level?
Jerry: Oh 6-7
Nurse: Okay I'll get ya some morphine
Jerry: OHHH, I meant 10-11................
Jerry talking to Nurse about tattos:
Jerry: Do ya have any?
Nurse: Sez yeah. Points to above breasts, belly button, a little lower and her butt.
Jerry: Can I see your tatoos
Nurse: Like the one above?
Jerry: No, I want to see all of them...............
So you can see Unca Jerry is still Unca Jerry...............
Wendy and I are visiting him tomorrow and report back on his progress.
He is in Memorial Herman Hospital in the Woodlands in IC Surgical Room #4109 and should be released within a day or two.
I plan to spend Wednesday with him at home after his daughter leaves for her home....so we'll keep ya posted............
