UTI cause for concern?

I think my pup has a urinary tract infection. She has gone from almost perfect potty training to peeing all over the place in small amounts and going 2-3 times in a ten minute period outside.

This seems to be the only symptom except she has been a pain in the butt (more than normal) for the past few days.

Does she need to see the vet or will it work itself out?

Yes, she needs to see the vet if you suspect an infection.

It is not uncommon for pups to get UTI's so don't be too alarmed, but she still should be seen and the vet will decide if she needs antibiotics. They will want a urine sample, so be prepared to bring one.
