Default With all the other "urgent bills" that must...

...be passed immediately, as I predicted, the gun control nazi's would still be working in the shadows, as this story illustrates. As they are intending to do, they will keep as much of their agenda 'under the radar'. Vigilence is imperative. Stop listening to the lefties on this board, and start getting active, or you'll be a member of the losers, much like the Canadians that got blind-sided with their gun laws.

YOU THOUGHT IT WOULD NEVER HAPPEN HERE! WELL, HERE IT COMES!!!!

HR 45 Blair Holt Firearm Licensing & Record of Sales Act of 2009.

This is Obama gun control by secrecy.

Please send this to everybody on your list...

Very Important for you to be aware of a new bill HR 45 introduced into the House. This is the Blair Holt Firearm Licensing & Record of Sale Act of 2009. We just learned yesterday about this on the Peter Boyles radio program. Even gun shop owners didn't know about this because it is flying under the radar.

To find out about this - go to any government website and type in HR 45 or Google HR 45 Blair Holt Firearm Licensing & Record of Sales Act of 2009. You will get all the information.

Basically this "little" piece of legislation would make it illegal to own a firearm - any rifle with a clip or ANY pistol unless:

    It is registered .
    You are fingerprinted ..
    You supply a current Driver's License .
You supply your Social Security # .
You will submit to a physical & mental evaluation at any time of their choosing .
Each update - change or ownership through private or public sale must be reported and costs $25 - Failure to do so you automatically lose the right to own a firearm and are subject up to a year in jail.

There is a child provision clause on page 16 section 305 stating a child-access provision. Guns must be locked and inaccessible to any child under 18.
The Government would have the right to come and inspect that you are storing your gun safely away from accessibility to children and fine is punishable for up to 5 yrs. in prison.

If you think this is a joke - go to the website and take your pick of many options to read this..

    http://www.opencongress.org/bill/111-h45/text

It is long and lengthy. But, more and more people are becoming aware of this. Pass the word along.

FAILURE TO DO SO AT YOUR PERIL!

Any hunters in your family - pass this along.

Peter Boyles is on this and having guests. Listen to him on KHOW 630 a.m. in the morning. (written for Colorado gun owners)

He suggests the best way to fight this is to tell all your friends about it and "spring into action". Also he suggests we all join a pro-gun group like the Colorado Rifle Association, hunting associations, gun clubs JPFO (JEWS FOR THE PRESERVATION OF FIREARMS OWNERSHIP) and especially the GOA and NRA...

This is just a "termite" approach to complete confiscation of guns and disarming of our society to the point we have no defense - chip away a little here and there until the goal is accomplished before anyone realizes it.

This is one to act on whether you own a gun or not.

Also, since all eyes are on the healthcare fiasco, here's another concern everyone should have, and another Obama "pay-back" bill for the $$$$$ he was given by the unions. While you are 'discussing' the various gun control laws with your elected reps, might want to also mention how much this bill will also remove another freedom in the American way of life.

    UB

Report: Dictating Employment Terms Would Deal Blow to Economy

In addition to effectively eliminating the secret ballot in union certification elections, the toxic union boss power grab known as the Card Check Forced Unionism Bill would allow federal bureaucrats appointed by President Obama to impose terms and conditions of employment on workers and businesses.

Research shows this union special privilege – the power to force employers and their employees into mandatory binding arbitration over employment terms – would land another devastating blow on America’s struggling economy. Even Far Left icon George McGovern opposes this job-killing assault on employee freedom.

Past experiments with mandatory binding arbitration in government employment have produced atrocious results, writes Reason Foundation scholar Shikha Dalmia in the Wall Street Journal.

“We now know that compulsory arbitration has been a failure. Slowly, inexorably, compulsory interest arbitration has destroyed sensible fiscal management and has caused more damage to the public service than the strikes it was designed to prevent,” former Detroit mayor Coleman Young told National Journal in 1981.

For more on this public policy disaster, and to read the full column, visit the National Right to Work Foundation’s Freedom@Work blog.

P.S. Rumors are swirling around Washington, DC in recent days that a so-called “compromise” version of the forced unionism bill – which is sure to be just as dangerous to employee free choice – may be introduced at any time. The Foundation’s sister organization, the National Right to Work Committee, will keep you updated with the latest developments.

As always, remember to check back regularly at the Foundation's blog for all the latest updates from National Right to Work.

The National Right to Work Foundation provides free legal aid to employees so they can fight back against union coercion and abuse.

Since being reintroduced by Bobby Rush last January (a prior version died without hearing in the last session of Congress), HR 45 has attracted no co-sponsors or support of any kind. It was referred to the Judiciary Committee where it is expected to die when this Congressional session ends without ever having had a hearing or a vote. This is, in fact, the fate of most bills introduced into Congress: they die quietly having served their purpose of generating a small amount of publicity for the sponsor.

Doing a little fear-mongering this morning, Bill? As has been noted here before, a little search might reveal that a topic has been discussed previously, and when it was, even some righties conceded that it was a dead issue.

This may or may not be the bill, but I expect Comrade Osama and his gun grabbers to try and ram some horrible gun control bills thru congress at some time in the near future.

You can't imagine how comforting it is for us conservatives to know Jeff and Hugh and their brotherly ilk have our backs on gun control issues. Knowing how well you capitulate to all the other liberal/socialistic ideas of your pathetic party, that has left any American thinking individuals long ago, you can bet I wouldn't trust you to warn anyone when these issues come up for a vote.

Contact your various representatives, everyone. Let them know how you intend to vote should they abandon their pledge to protect the constitution. And ask them what the hell are they doing in the role of running off private business with this Card Check bill. If you think that won't kill many small business operations, then you are wearing the same glasses Mr. Yardley and J Dogger are looking through.

Please explain your attack of me fear-mongering others to your offspring, when you show them how your party and it's leadership are attempting to foist on this once shining democracy a loss of freedoms believed impossible by all except you Obama lovers.

At no time in the past, have we Americans faced such an incredulous attack on our Constitution by the members of the Democrat party, and if you vote with them and don't see it, you are totally blind, a mental midget or both.

Should the present push for health care, card check, carbon credits, and any form of gun control be passed by this administration and congress, start building your bomb shelter, because we will be into a revolution beyond anything you and your smarmy crowd of something-for-nothing-yahoos can anticipate.

Wake up and realize what you are supporting. Should the 3 main bills that Obama is pushing at this moment get passed, you and your other ignorant democrats that think you can stop a frontal assault on gun control when the administration decides it's time to get that taken care of is asinine.

It's like the "Blue Dog" democrats making a difference. They have all been herded together, run into the Whitehouse already, and told what their chances are for getting any support for their next election run.

It's like our representative, Herseth-Sandlin voting no on the climate change bill. ONLY BECAUSE SHE KNEW SHE WAS ALLOWED TO, AND IT WOULD PASS WITHOUT HER VOTE. She knew she would be committing suicide if she voted for it. The vast majority of Sodakers don't believe in that Algore crap.

She is also in favor of zero gun control...but just wait until that becomes a front burner issue, she'll get steam-rolled like all the other democrats that think they can vote against this administration. Be prepared to be shocked when the person you voted for genuflects before the messiah you voted into office.

Our only hope in all this is to delay this incredible socialistic takeover, so SOME of the more sane voters understand what they are about to receive after they have bent over. ONLY THEN, do we stand a chance of enough information to be learned by the sheeple, that maybe they will consider how badly they are getting sheared, and object to their representatives.
