The vet who shot the snake was named Jim Harvey.

I am beginning to think that I am reading about more Jim Harveys (Harvies) through RTF than I am Jim Smiths!

That is no joke. He/she was big enough to prey on small children or big dogs if it chose.

And our friends at PETA are raising the devil about killing the poor snakes.

The rattle-headed copper moccasins in Texas are enough to keep me on my toes. If we ever get a Florida-style python infestation around here I'm leaving!! Snakes can't ever be too dead for me.

As big as that snake is, it's a Munchkin compared to this one:

It makes you wonder how long it will be before snakes of this size start showing up Florida.

Chris, it wasn't me this time. I didn't see him first.

Yes, Corey it's a big one. But it's not the snakes that scare me,.... it's these #$#%@. I know this photo has been around for a while, but it never leaves my mind.

OMG, that is the scariest thing I've ever seen. And they feed it DOGS!!! AACK!!

The sooner they get rid of those pythons in Florida, the better. God forbid they ever make their way to Kansas.
