Rinsing Out Ears
I was wondering if anyone rinses there dogs ears out after they have been in the water? I have been hearing people talk about it, but I have never thought about rinsing them after a long day of training in the water. If so, please let me know a good rinse to use. Thanks

I've had dogs that got ear infections, and dogs that never got ear infections.
The only thing I have figured out, is ONE of the dogs that had chronic ear problems, never had another ear infection after I switched his food.
I wish, we could just breed away from ear problems. There are so many "home remedies" that we won't ever know if any of them actually work. I would rather have dogs that just don't have the problem in the first place.
I wipe them out.

COME ON LOOSER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You have the brother to MR. EAR INFECTION. I thought I told you. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!! Mary Tatum told me to use equal parts vinegar, alcohol & peroxide. Aub did'nt want to use the peroxide she read somewhere that its bad so we just use the vinegar and alcohol. Are ya'll ready for Pineville? I wish we were going. You got my reel back together yet? 2 wks then its time to get salty!!!!!! We'll be taking 1st, 2nd & 3rd. Can u tell im on graveyards by this novel I wrote. Willie says hi!!!! Later

Forgot about Mr Ear Infection. But that is the first that I have heard about the vinegar & alcohol. After it was first posted I did some research. I am going to start rinsing with it just because of Cooper having problems during swim-by. I hope that I am ready. Will know Sat. Still working on the reel. It still has not dried on the inside!!
