Apparently Dodd and Frank had an effect not ranking in the top 25. Angelo Mozillo at number 1 introduced the sub-prime loans through Countryside Motgage. He then sold the business toBank of America for around 600 million.

Any list that doesn't place Chairman Greenspan as the number one reason we're in the mess we're in hasn't got the facts straight. Mozilo's a pimp. Forget him. Always put the politicians first. They're arsonists and too stupid to understand what they're doing.

Corbet's another one of my favorites. Not just her but all the dumbarses at S&P and Moody's. They could probably go out in my backyard, scoop all the dog poop into a black bag and convince Petsmart to sell it as dog food. They're also front line arsonists.

Cassano's another one. Such arrogance.

But this was a perfect storm dripping with greed. There were arsonists around every corner and it's brought our country to her knees and I don't think we'll ever recover.

It would appear by this list that there is plenty of blame to go all around, regardless of its inclusions, or exclusions, party or politics.
Perhaps, we all are ultimately to blame, for the situation in which we find ourselves. The world has changed, and is changing whether you, I, or UB like it.

I agree with Bob G and Submariner, both Barney Frank and Chris Dodd should be in the top half of that list. And, before this current administration is done, we can add Obama, Reid and Pelosi to the top of the list for making as bad situation worse.

Don't believe the current lies they are sending to the press about the economy recovering. I suspect it was never that bad in most parts of the country and they used that scare tactic to get elected.

I personally think the worse is yet to come in regards to the economy because of the policies of this current administration!

Bush inherited the poor economy in 2001 while I am willing to admit he made economic mistakes during his term. Never does Obama let us believe the economy turned south during the hanging-chad fiasco. Which followed the dot com bubble burst.
