In all fairness, keeping tabs on Cheney is always a current issue, as he keeps coming back like a Herpes outbreak. Nixon, Ford, Reagan/Bush, and W all tapped his resource. I actually liked him as SecDef....don't know what happened that made him do a 180 reversal on his logical stance he had under Bush I??
