For those of you who have Pets Best, how have they been to deal with on claims? Are the premiums locked in for a year? After a year, how much do they jump?

Rate has stayed the same since my initial enrollment.

I've yet to file a claim (knocking wood)

Pets Best has been pretty good by me.

Paid a big chunk of Buffy's spleen surgery.

I now have all of my FT dogs with Pets Best

I have most of mine with VPI. Just took out a policy with Pets best for the first time..... Hopefully, I won't need to use it.
