Health Care Improvements/Alternatives
I think there is much to be said for alternatives that could be encouraged without the government having to take on the financial burdens of an omnibus health program.

There are lots of good alternatives....just no way in hell they will make the light of day.
Train the dog, the ribbons will take care of themselves.
